Our Team

Our manager is supported in the daily running of the preschool by the deputy manager and by our preschool assistants. Together they ensure that the childcare provided is the best it can be.

Our team has been specially chosen for their experience and genuine love of working with children and have all had police and reference checks. The team keep up to date with the changing practices throughout Early Years and receive regular training to improve and increase their skills.

We have a key person system, this means your child is has a member of staff who is responsible for them. They maintain your child's developmental records (Learning Journal) and keep you informed about your child’s progress, along with being available to discuss any issues. We welcome parents to add their own contributions and observations of their child too.
